Robin Gauss has graciously offered his cantina for our club Christmas party. The unpaved road going up San Roque canyon used to be too unreliable (un-driveable in the mud) to schedule a winter party. But with the recent paving to within a few hundred feet of the ranch it should be no problem. Although some of our past affairs have been somewhat formal, the cantina's atmosphere suggest that casual dress will not be inappropriate. This will be a lot of fun!

• Food -- Pot luck, check with Bobbie for dish coordination.
• Drink -- BYOB or maybe something warm.
• A Betty has volunteered to roast a flightless bird.
• The cooking stove and BBQ will be fired up if you want to burn something too.
• Bring your Betty(s).
• Two wood stoves for heat but dress warm anyway.

     Take Foothill Rd (192) to Ontare Rd. Go north (uphill) on ontare to the end At the cul-de-sac end of Ontare, continue on the private Rd through the gate (combo is #0106). Robin's driveway is the second right turn (uphill) after the small wooden bridge, aprox. 3/4 MI from Ontare. There is a large steel gate (open) about 100ft up the dirt driveway from the road, after the gate, stay to the left past the big metal buildings.
